Procedure:


1. Contact Gloogal Market customer support via WhatsApp or email.

2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).

3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

4. Ship item back within 7 days.


Exceptions:


- Personalized or customized items.

- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."


Refund Timeline:
