Shipping Costs and Conditions
If the buyer requests the seller to cover full transport costs (from point A to point B), both parties will agree on the shipping terms and determine the full cost based on the destination country's regulations, customs policies, and local import laws.

Transaction Procedure
a. Full Corporate Offer (FCO):
The Seller issues this FCO to the Buyer. The Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the FCO to the Seller, indicating acceptance of the terms.
b. Draft Contract:
Upon receipt of the signed FCO, the Seller prepares a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and forwards it to the Buyer for review and any proposed amendments.
c. Execution of Contract:
Both parties finalize and execute the SPA, thereby formalizing the agreement.
d. Initial Meeting and Inspection:
The Buyer or the Buyer's authorized representative meets the Seller in Nairobi, Kenya. The Buyer conducts an assay (test) of the gold at the State Department for Mining, under the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, to verify quality and authenticity.
e. Initial Payment:
Upon satisfactory assay results, the Buyer remits a 10% deposit which will be calculated
based on the Government Taxable Rate, calculated using the LBMA price of the day, adjusted for the purity of the gold tested.
Note: 10% of (LBMA Price × Purity of the Gold Tested)
f. Export Documentation and Shipment:
Within two (2) working days of receiving the deposit, the Seller secures all requisite export documents and arranges the shipment of the gold. The Seller, accompanied by the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative, will oversee the shipment process, including the final assay at the Buyer’s refinery.
g. Final Assay and Payment:
At the Buyer's refinery, a final assay is conducted to confirm the gold's purity and weight. Upon confirmation, the Buyer remits the balance (total invoice amount less the 7% deposit) via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) into the Seller's designated bank account within 72 hours.
h. Subsequent Shipments:
Profits from the initial transaction will cover future export and travel expenses, ensuring smoother and cost-effective processes for subsequent shipments.
