How Gloogal Market handles your marketing strategy enquiry

Every enquiry reaching our export desk follows the same documented route, so buyers know exactly what happens between a first message and a sealed container. You send the product, quantity, target specification, destination port and preferred incoterm; we confirm producer availability, issue a formal offer with validity dates, and agree the inspection and payment terms before any goods are committed.

Sourcing is handled from our Nairobi operation, which keeps us close to producers, warehouses and the load port. Contract administration, buyer communication and documentation are coordinated from our Las Vegas office, so buyers in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East work within familiar business hours.

What we confirm before quoting

  • Available tonnage, harvest or production window, and realistic first-shipment date.
  • Specification tolerances the producer can hold consistently across repeat shipments.
  • Packaging, marking and palletisation required by your import authority.
  • Documentation set: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate where applicable.
  • Inspection arrangement — SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or a buyer-nominated surveyor.

Order process

  • Enquiry and specification review, normally answered within one business day.
  • Formal offer with price, incoterm, packaging, payment and validity period.
  • Contract or purchase order signed, with proforma invoice issued.
  • Payment terms confirmed — irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T, or terms agreed in contract.
  • Pre-shipment inspection, stuffing photographs, and container sealing.
  • Shipment within 5 – 7 working days of payment confirmation, documents couriered on departure.

Quality, compliance and traceability

Goods are drawn from producers and warehouses we have inspected, sampled and approved. Retained samples are held against each lot so any post-arrival query can be checked against what actually shipped. Where a destination market imposes residue limits, fumigation rules or certification requirements, those are written into the contract rather than left to interpretation, and the relevant certificates travel with the documents.

Logistics and markets served

We quote FOB at the load port and CFR or CIF to your nominated destination, so you can compare against your own freight arrangements. Marine transit is typically 15 to 21 days port to port, with an express option under 15 days on selected lanes and air freight available for samples and high-value lots. Buyers regularly served include USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, China, India, UAE, Turkey, Vietnam, Egypt, Libya, Israel and other markets worldwide.
